Job Description
As a Senior Hardware Engineer at Motorola Norway you are involved in all aspects of design, prototyping, test and manufacturing of our products.
The position involves:
Taking responsibility for hardware throughout its full lifecycle — from early concepts and development through industrialization, verification, compliance, release, continuous improvement, and long-term support
Researching and evaluate emerging/gap technologies
Examining and experimenting with use cases, test setups
Designing, reviewing and supervising all aspects of the electronics in our products
Hardware testing, troubleshooting and qualification
Being part of our core hardware team working closely with all other disciplines
Collaboration with manufacturing and sub-suppliers
