Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with Dyson Malaysia business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to Dyson’s business priorities, challenging current practices and influencing solutions.
  • People Initiatives: Lead local HR projects and programs, focusing on maximizing people’s impact and operational effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people’s data and trends to recommend and implement solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Talent Development: Build strong talent pipelines, manage succession planning and capability development, and oversee short- and long-term workforce needs.
