Job Responsibilities: 
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes , including drafting job descriptions, talent sourcing, and conducting interviews.
Prepare and verify employment agreements in accordance with Malaysian employment regulations.
Maintain HR records and databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide HR guidance to department managers on matters related to employee performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace relations.
Review, enhance, and implement HR policies and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
