We’re looking for a Senior HR Reporting & People Analytics Manager to join our Markets + Airline (M+A) People Analytics function, with primary accountability for UK&I and a significant role shaping global HR Reporting & People Analytics across Markets and Airline.
This is a senior individual contributor role (without direct reports), where impact is delivered through expertise and influence rather than team management—transforming complex people data into clear, trusted and actionable insights that inform strategic workforce decisions, support regulatory and operational requirements, and advance TUI’s People and business agendas globally.
