We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist (Mobility, Immigration & HR Operations) to manage expatriate mobility, immigration compliance, and end-to-end HR operations across the organization.

This role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Employment Pass, immigration, and MDEC requirements while supporting the overall employee lifecycle, HR administration, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, and is capable of working independently while partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
