Qualifications

• Any Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Talent Management and Recruitment
• Experience in Campus hiring, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Career fair engagement activities
• Experience in Customer management, Vendor and Stakeholder management
• Experience in Learning & Training programs coordination
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and local HR practices to ensure compliant recruitment and program delivery
• Good to have any related certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
