We are in search of a dynamic Senior HR Transformation Program Manager to lead pivotal organizational redesign and operating model changes within our People & Leadership (PPL) department. This role demands a candidate who thrives in navigating complex transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, alignment, and impact across various high-stakes projects. It requires close collaboration with the Chief People Officer s Chief of Staff and other key executives to modernize operations, enhance employee service, and bolster organizational impact.
