Senior HSE Mission officer Flying Doctor M/F

Responsabilities

  • Support Safety teams on one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans)

  • Develop, share and champion initiatives that support a strong safety culture across all sites

  • Participating in Eramet Group prevention activities

  • Analyse safety risks at mission sites and propose prioritised action plans to local teams

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the ground and support teams through the improvement process

  • Deploy and audit safety management systems, particularly the Group's Essential Requirements, at intervention sites

  • Lead the analysis of safety accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and monitor corrective actions

  • Draw on a strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks as close to operational reality as possible<...
