Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction projects.
• ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, UAE regulations, and international safety standards.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (Mandatory).
• Experience in Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (TRA/JSA), Incident Investigation, HSE Audits, and Emergency Response.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
