Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management Partner with hiring managers and agencies to ensure timely hiring and positive candidate experience Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, system setup, and clearance Organise training programmes, manage funding applications, and track learning outcomes Support internship programmes and university engagement activities including outreach and events Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to support workplace culture Maintain HR systems, employee records, and digital workflows for data accuracy and efficiency Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel and support basic workforce data analysis and KPI tracking Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field 2-5 years of relevant HR experience
