Our Edinburgh based client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for a period of 12 months to lead strategic people initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
The Senior HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving the people agenda and leading the delivery of strategic people plans. This role plays a key part in organisational change, transformation, and capability building, working closely with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver high-quality, insight-led solutions.
