About the role

We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading UK investment and wealth management organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and Exec stakeholders, supporting a broad range of HR activity across a regulated and fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on, senior HRBP role with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and enabling high-quality people decisions across the business.
