Job Description

Strategic HR Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities and operational needs Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Lead and manage employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes Partner with stakeholders on union-related matters, including negotiations, agreements, and dispute resolution Maintain a strong understanding of the industrial relations landscape and proactively mitigate risks
