Internal position title: Senior HR Executive

(In-Office role, no hybrid work)

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a hands‑on HR generalist supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a sizeable foreign worker population and supporting office admin and support functions.

This role will suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, is comfortable with admin‑heavy work, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across production operator, office support, sales and senior and technical engineering roles
• Provide generalist HR support – onboarding, confirmation, performance management and off‑boarding
• Support and administer foreign worker matters – permits, FWCMS, levies, renewals, accommodation and welfare
