What You Will Do

• Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of Inspection Testing and Maintenance (ITM) for chillers and other monitoring systems as per the scope of services.
• Plan coordinate and execute day‑to‑day activities and resources covered under the contract agreement.
• Communicate with the back office team leader and support departments in a planned manner to ensure timely support.
• Provide technical reports assistance and recommendations based on field observations and maintenance needs.
• Carry out all assigned HVAC‑related tasks within the timeline including monitoring remote systems reviewing reports and sharing recommendations.
• Prepare materials lists confirm the availability of materials spares consumables and tools to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Prepare and review performance reports such as Preliminary Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
