In this role, you will supervise a team of Control Systems personnel, estimate project staffing needs, and schedule and assign work. You will prepare discipline estimates and work plans and review and approve control systems investigations and studies. Your leadership will drive high quality work plans, successful implementation of control system components, team support and training, and project performance. #LI-AA1
Major Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, directs, and participates in the day-to-day Control Systems engineering activity on small to medium sized projects or a portion of a major project with minimal to moderate complexity within a global business unit utilizing relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides, and Bechtel Standard Application Programs (BSAPs).
