The Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our rostering solutions. You’ll collaborate with teams across the UK and Australia to successfully implement our software across a wide range of industries.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in software implementation within a SaaS B2B environment, leading projects from start to finish. Experience in implementing rostering solutions is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly solutions is also required. Experience with MS SQL Server and a background in other Field Service Management or Workforce Management solutions would be a major advantage.
