+ Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan.

+ Evaluate tradeoffs within the project and collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.

+ Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and milestones; own the project schedule.

+ Monitor and manage project costs within budget by partnering with cross-functional managers.
