Job Description
Responsibilities - Responsible for Tech Refresh schedule, deployment and process for ISG Group
- Coordination with PC Officers for Tech Refresh Database and uploading of excel files
- Tech Support for HQMS vendor concerns
- Imaging of ISS and GMD machines
- Deploying signature updates, antimalware platform and Windows updates via Bigfix Console
- PC Deployment, collection of PC and deletion of emails
- Patch Schedule and Software request
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
