What You’ll Do

• Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of servers, storage, networking, virtualization platforms, and core business systems on premise, in addition to Azure and AWS
• Deploy servers (virtual and physical), patches, updates, and configuration changes in alignment with change management processes
• Manage and support identity and access management systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID and Okta
• Collaborate with teams across networking, identity, end-user computing, SaaS applications, and other technology stacks
• Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system configurations
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor system performance and capacity; proactively identify and remediate issues
