Position Description

The Senior Instructor is responsible for curriculum development, training, and mentorship implementation. The Senior Instructor will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the training projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks. The Senior Instructor will be based in Africa and will be required to travel to remote sites throughout the region.

Position Requirements

  • Three plus years of experience training foreign military training personnel in geographically diverse locations. Five years’ or NATO member military experience serving at the rank of O2 or above.
  • Minimum two years serving overseas in a military or contract role.
  • Minimum two years’ experience developing POI or course curricula.
  • DLPT 3/3 French preferred.
