Job Details This senior leadership role is responsible for leading all Industrial and Employee Relations matters across Australia and New Zealand within a complex, unionised environment. Reporting to the Director HR & Workplace, the position drives enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations, Fair Work matters, industrial disputes, compliance initiatives and strategic IR / ER capability.
