Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior IT Asset Management Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Higher Education clients in Adelphi, MD. Hybrid: 1 2 days onsite per week. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including hardware, software, and related services from procurement through disposal
- Maintain and update asset records within ServiceNow and CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Track and reconcile hardware and software inventory across multiple systems and data sources
