Senior/ IT Engineer, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Job Description of MES Engineer (On Site):
Monitoring, support, and maintenance and documentation of the MES model in terms of products, routes, operations, and lot movements.
Design, develop, maintain and continuously improve assigned Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications and components.
Provide 24/7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of production lines.
Work with IT OSS and CIM support teams to achieve system response time and availability goals.
Gather requirements, design, develop and deploy new versions of CIM applications.
Document requirements and coordinate enhancements in the assigned area.
Plan, coordinate and conduct training for assigned applications.
Collaborate with other departments on productivity enhancements, error/cost reductions, and other improvement projects as needed.
