1. Strategic Business Partnership (The BA Function)

• Engage with senior business stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to understand strategic goals and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct current state assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business units in Malaysia and the regional/global IT teams, ensuring local needs are accurately represented and prioritized.
