Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic and decisive Program Manager with a passion for mentoring and leading cross-functional teams to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex programs and portfolios from initiation to completion, including setting direction, managing risks, defining processes, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. You’ll play a key role in driving Agile adoption, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and aligning strategic IT program goals with RWS business strategies.
