This individual aims to serve as an extension of our clients’ businesses, ensuring proper management and execution of the e‑commerce strategy in social commerce on their behalf. This would include developing, managing and executing promotional and marketing campaigns and overall fulfillment execution, smooth day‑to‑day operations.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be the key lead of our FMCG category, managing a team to develop their category, channel, and operation knowledge to deliver aCommerce and Client revenue. You will drive business growth, develop relationships with all internal and external parties, and initiate new business growth engines as key contributions to the team.
