General Goals:
The Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) is the master of action and «ultimate owner» of an assigned account. He/She is responsible of building and managing a collaboration plan for a customer and drives highest customer satisfaction and mindshare with the customer. He/She is accountable of understanding the TAM/SAM within the account for all u-blox technologies and competitors. He/She is defining and driving an action plan of achieving majority share of wallet. He/She knows and drives engagement with ALL decision makers on all levels.Your Key Responsibilities:
