Senior Labour Advisor

Our Client in the Motor Industry is looking for a Senior Labour Advisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• LLB Degree or equivalent
• Three (3) years’ experience in Labour Law and/or litigation
• At least two years’ experience in arbitrations is compulsory
• Good command of /fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows Outlook
• Advanced understanding and/or experience in interpretation of employment contracts and agreements
• Dealing with conflict and grievance resolution
• Experience in a trade union environment will be an advantage
• Collective bargaining and health and safety/employee wellbeing
• Knowledge of the structures within the motor industry will be an advantage
• A valid driver's licence
• Willing and able to travel extensively and on short notice
