What you’re looking for:

• 7+ years Laravel (production systems)
• Writes clean, tested code (Pest/PHPUnit)
• Comfortable with production environments handling real money / high-stakes systems
• Strong problem-solving + ownership mindset

Bonus:

• Fintech / payments / trading experience
• Laravel ecosystem depth (Livewire, latest releases, packages)

What they’ll do:

• Own and build complex fintech platforms
• Handle performance + production issues
• Mentor engineers and raise standards
• Key filter: Not junior/mid — needs to be someone who can hit the ground running in a complex codebase immediately.
