Overview
A leading property group is seeking a Senior Commercial Design Lead to take ownership of design across a diverse commercial and retail portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape design outcomes while also actively producing concepts, documentation and technical drawings.

You’ll play a key role in driving asset performance through smart, functional and high-quality design across refurbishments, upgrades, and tenancy fit-outs.

The Role
This position sits within a high-performing Property & Projects team and works closely with Leasing, Facilities and Asset Management to deliver commercially driven design solutions. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution—ensuring design outcomes enhance asset value, tenant experience and leasing success.
