We are looking for someone who has passion for equity compensation, loves working with data, and experience in managing and delivering equity plans in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.

Your mission

• You will be a part of the Total Rewards team, responsible for managing our global equity compensation plans, working with the Head of Total Rewards on equity compensation strategy and design, and advising our Talent partners, leaders, and team members on all matters related to our equity plan.
• You will manage the quarterly equity grant and distribution process, from preparing grant files, to loading data to the equity management platform, and coordinating with other teams to ensure all data is accurate before releasing distributions and communicating to team members.
