Job Description
Senior Learning and Development Executive Responsibilities - Perform learning needs analysis, with close link to company’s operations and business goals.
- Source suitable training providers for both in-house and external courses.
- Develop development programmes essential to attain the competencies identified.
- Review the various learning modes that best meet the needs of the organisation.
- Develop framework to identify and upgrade the knowledge and skills of internal trainers (e.g. OJT instructors & facilitators).
Requirements - Degree in Business.
- At least 4 years of experience in L&D.
- Corporate L&D experience.
