Job Description

Senior Learning and Development Executive Responsibilities
  • Perform learning needs analysis, with close link to company’s operations and business goals.
  • Source suitable training providers for both in-house and external courses.
  • Develop development programmes essential to attain the competencies identified.
  • Review the various learning modes that best meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Develop framework to identify and upgrade the knowledge and skills of internal trainers (e.g. OJT instructors & facilitators).
Requirements
  • Degree in Business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in L&D.
  • Corporate L&D experience.
