The Senior Learning Design Professional applies instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to develop solutions for knowledge or performance gaps. Assignments often involve moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
You will analyze and organizing content, designing learning solutions, and creating storyboards, scripts, performance support materials, mobile learning, and manuals. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and provide input for course content. The Senior Learning Design Professional writes learning goals, coordinates performance assessments to measure training effectiveness, and ensures course materials are current and aligned with training needs.
