Senior Learning Specialist

Temporary position during parental leave, effective until August 31, 2027, within the Leadership, Learning and Talent Acquisition Team in the Group HR function in Espoo, Finland.

Role: support and develop Neste global L&D to strengthen strategic capabilities and competencies, lead and develop the Learning Hub operations globally, implement group‑level development opportunities and provide guidance for building and managing content on digital learning platforms to meet business needs.
