& Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an exceptional commercial lawyer to work within our European Legal Team who has a solid background in financial services. The role covers a broad range and variety of contractual, legal and regulatory matters across multiple business areas but with a focus on FNZ’s European business, its clients and supplier contracts. This role will require consideration of the regulatory aspects of FNZ’s regulated entities in Europe, in particular FNZ (Europe) DAC, an investment firm authorised in Ireland under MiFID with clients and business operations throughout Europe; exposure to working with financial services is desirable.
