Based at Central City Hub , this is a permanent 40‑hour position (including one evening and Sunday). We open seven days a week, so flexibility is required.
You will be joining the Central City Hub team, taking on a role in our frontline library service, including delivery of council services, helping support staff in our exciting day‑to‑day operations – where we can see upwards of two thousand people through the door each day – and supporting the team with our focus on hauora and community well‑being across the Tāmaki Pātaka Kōrero. You will support the team to deliver outstanding customer service while also taking on senior duties within the team.
