Job Description
What you will do - Own a core lifecycle phase end-to-end (post-acquisition onboarding, conversion, engagement, renewal, or win-back), with accountability for user outcomes and business impact.
- Define lifecycle strategy and hypotheses by identifying target user behaviors, prioritizing initiatives, and setting success metrics tied to funnel and cohort performance.
- Design, sequence, and lead experimentation across automation, segmentation, messaging, timing, and triggers, and make clear decisions on what to scale, iterate, or stop.
- Translate lifecycle data into decisions, diagnosing drop-offs, engagement decay, or churn patterns and adjusting strategy based on evidence rather than intuition.
- Set execution standards and guide specialists, reviewing work, unblocking delivery, mentoring execution talent, and ensuring learnings compound across the team.
