• Fundamental in driving up the technical standards and capabilities of the company.
• Collaborates with colleagues and management to review departmental progress and technical needs.
• Consistently researches technological developments and cascades information down to the team and up to management.
• Assists the Head of Discipline in the design, updating and implementation of thorough training programs at all levels.
• Works closely with the Head of Discipline in identifying the suitability of existing inventory of kit in the warehouse and making appropriate recommendations.
• Training and supervising Engineers, Technicians and Crew on operation of equipment and through tasks.
