Role Summary You are the player-coach who scales loan operations end-to-end. You’ll own the campaigns engine (Crypto Loan / UAT Loan / INS Loan), run the collateral listing/delisting program with Risk, and turn competitive intel into parameter and pricing changes. You ship reliably, read the data, and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities Growth & Marketing Operations - Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar; define mechanics, budgets, T&Cs; localize with regional teams.
- Own UAT for campaign logic (rates, LTV tiers, rewards, attribution).
- Measure and optimize: eFTD, active borrowers, AUM, ARPU, CAC/ROI; publish weekly dashboards and post-mortems.
Collateral Listing/Delisting Program (Margin Loans) - Chair the cross-functional workflow from intake → approval → rollout.
