The Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Logistics & Strategic Advisor serves as the principal logistics advisor and senior thought leader supporting SOCPAC, mission partners, and program leadership across the Indo-Pacific theater. The SME provides strategic guidance, operational logistics expertise, and executive-level advisory support for logistics planning, reception, staging, onward movement and integration (RSOI), Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations, supply chain management, expeditionary sustainment, contested logistics, and theater distribution architecture.
