10 years of working experience in manufacturing/mechanical/Marine environment. . Have proficiency in operate Conventional machines such as turning, milling, boring, and drilling machines as well as lathes and other sharp cutting tools to do machining works. . Able to use basic measuring instruments, gauges and measuring techniques. . Able to follow instructed job layouts and operate Lathe/Turn-Mill machines. . Able to calculate, set and modify machining parameters (speeds, feeds, depths of cuts taper etc.) . Demonstrate ability to interpret engineering drawings with multiple views and machining surface. . Able to manage a team of machinists, train new machinist and guide them. Job Scope: . Understands procedures, work orders, blueprints, and set-up sheets and receives verbal work instructions to plan the job layout with as few set-ups as possible. .
