Position Responsibilities:
+ Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
+ Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager.
+ Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review
