Responsibilities
Leading and managing assurance and accounting engagements, including relevant tax filings, with dedicated resources and paperless office infrastructure.
Supervising and mentoring junior and senior staff on assurance and accounting engagements.
Identifying and resolving assurance and accounting engagement issues.
Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Providing strategic insights and advice to clients to support their business goals.
Overseeing the development and implementation of best practices within the team.
Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
