This Senior Manager role oversees regional Credit & Capital Management (CCM), partnering with COO/Front Office teams and supporting BAU plus a multi-year transformation.

In this role you will:

• Set regional risk approach: Drive a consistent, forward-looking end-to-end risk management approach aligned to HSBC frameworks across CCM.
• Provide oversight and challenge: Deliver daily risk/control oversight, act as escalation point, and constructively challenge business leaders and risk owners.
