Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Senior Manager to lead our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Operations team.
This role is pivotal in managing our global C&B functions, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence through process reengineering and AI-enabled innovation.
You will partner closely with the Finance Department and People Business Partners to manage people costs, while managing our annual compensation cycles and retention initiatives.
Job Responsibilities: C&B Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management Supervise end-to-end C&B operations, acting as the primary checker for all regular and casual payroll, final payments, retirement schemes, MPF, and pension contributions across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, and the US.
