Evaluate creditworthiness of clients using financial analysis and risk modelling.Structure and negotiate leveraged transactions aligned with internal risk appetite.Monitor credit risk KPIs including bad debt, churn, and vetting outcomes.Deliver financial objectives and maintain high-quality accounting standards.Provide regular reporting to Finance Operations and Business Partners.Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolve issues.Lead succession planning and business planning for the CTC team.Ensure compliance with Group policies, SOX, and audit requirements.Drive continuous improvement and performance diagnostics.Prepare and present detailed credit risk reports to senior management.Support operational process and control issue resolution.Who you are
