We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our customer base globally.
This is an early-stage role. There’s no large team, no fixed playbook, and no steady flow of inbound leads. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, build opportunities from scratch, and drive results independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and engage customers through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
- Generate interest in our cybersecurity training and services.
- Run discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closure.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Own your pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
