Overview


The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for leading and providing custodial and maintenance services/repairs for the facility property, building, grounds and production. The Senior Facilities Manager manages day-to-day operations and provides leadership and direction to the functional team.


Responsibilities


+ Assure the optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, fire/life safety, etc.

+ Led the coordination and scheduling routine facility & production maintenance and repair of the facility using maintenance, calibration, custodial staff

+ Assist in creating and monitoring performance to the facility’s budget

+ Oversee vendors/contractors for routine maintenance and repair of the facility, utilities and process equipment as needed
