Job Description
1. Financial Leadership & Business Partnering - Own and drive full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance across the Group
- Partner closely with CEO and Deputy COO to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Provide forward-looking insights, scenario planning, and risk assessment
- Drive financial accountability across all markets and functions
2. Financial Planning & Performance Management (FP&A) - Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Establish strong performance management frameworks with clear KPIs and tracking
- Drive variance analysis, root cause identification, and action plans
- Develop standardised dashboards and reporting (Power BI / ERP‑driven) to improve visibility
